Orders and pricing

Prices are in US dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout from the delivery address. An order is an offer to buy. It is accepted when we send the shipping confirmation, not when the payment authorises.

Obvious pricing errors can be cancelled before dispatch with a full refund. That covers genuine mistakes, not a change of heart on our side about a good deal.

Delivery

Transit times on the shipping page are estimates from the carrier. Risk passes to you on delivery. Damage in transit is our problem, not yours, provided you report it within 48 hours.

Returns and warranty

The 30-day return window and the two-year warranty are set out on the returns policy and warranty page. Both sit on top of your statutory rights and take nothing away from them.

Acceptable use

Do not scrape the catalog, resell products as authorised Jungle Ring stock without a written agreement, or use the contact forms to send bulk commercial email. Accounts doing any of that get closed.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits liability for death, personal injury or fraud, because it legally cannot.
