The two-year Jungle Ring warranty
Two years from the delivery date, on everything in the catalog, running alongside whatever the manufacturer offers. If both apply, you pick whichever is faster.
What is covered?
- Manufacturing faults, including anything that fails out of the box.
- Component failure under normal use: dead ports, failed buttons, panels that develop dead pixels, hinges that crack.
- Batteries that drop below 70% of rated capacity inside the two-year window, measured on the maker's own diagnostic.
- Charging hardware that stops delivering its stated wattage.
What is not covered?
- Accidental damage: drops, crushed screens, chewed cables.
- Liquid damage beyond the stated water rating. An IPX5 earbud is rated for sweat, not for the washing machine.
- Consumables: ear pads, filters, brush heads, keycaps and mop pads.
- Cosmetic wear that does not affect how the product works.
- Products opened for repair by anyone other than us or the manufacturer.
How do I make a claim?
Call +1 (416) 720-0566 or email info@junglering.com with the order number and a short description of the fault. A photo or a ten-second video speeds things up considerably.
We aim to decide within one working day. Approved claims are repaired, replaced or refunded, in that order of preference, and we pay the shipping both ways.
Spare parts and consumables
Consumables are not a warranty matter, but they are the reason products last. Replacement ear pads, filters and brush heads are stocked for everything we sell, and prices sit on each product page. Check the headphones and audio and home appliances pages, where running costs matter most.
This warranty sits on top of your rights under US consumer law and does not replace them. Returns inside the first 30 days are simpler to handle under the returns policy, so start there if the product is new.
